I believe in meeting clients where they are at - wherever that is in the process of their event, with whatever budget, and whatever needs! This job is my super special side hustle, which means that I get to come alongside clients and celebrate their love story as their biggest cheerleader.

While you’ve worked your tail off planning, unfortunately you cannot be everywhere at once on the wedding day. You need someone to check in with vendors, set-up team, and stay on top of timeline during the course of the day. All you need to do, then, is sit back and relax knowing your day is running smoothly - just like you planned it!

Most people only plan a few big events over the course of their life - I help plan dozens a year! I am here to give you my tips and tricks and general know-how based on the weddings I have done in the past. There are tons of details not to be forgotten, and it can feel overwhelming if it is your first time planning an event of this scale!

Every wedding day is unique - that is one of my favorite parts about this job! I love seeing how each couple infuses their personality into their special day. You need someone who understands your specific desires for the day - from the part you would be beyond sad if you missed, which photos you really want, if you want to ensure a slice of cake is saved for your anniversary - I make sure I ask all the questions leading up to the big day!
You need someone to run guest-vendor-family interference for you.
Weddings bring out the best, or worst, of people. Why not have someone in your corner who is ready to fight for you on your wedding day? Worried about disruptive guests, family drama, or a bed vendor possibility? Not anymore! I’ve got you covered.
You need someone who is legally insured & professionally equipped.
While asking a friend or family member to run the day of tasks can save you money in the short term - it may not in the long run. Often venues require legally insured vendors to service wedding days - this protects you, the venue, and other vendors in case of an issue. I come with experience, legal protections, equipment for the task, and peace of mind! That is more than worth the service cost.
You should celebrate all day, not sweat the details.
What it all boils down to - I want to make sure each of my couples enjoy the day with as little interruptions as possible. If I could give Savannah 10 stars I would!!! Savannah has to be the most organized person I have encountered. I originally was not going to get a coordinator for my daughter's wedding, thinking we could handle things ourselves. However, the closer we got, the more I realized I could not be everywhere at all times! Savannah was the perfect person to fill this role. She takes her role very seriously. She set up meeting times, and had spread sheets for my daughter to help her keep track of specific items, and when certain parts of the wedding planning should be done by. She kept in contact with other vendors, coordinating things with them. She had frequent check ins. On the rehearsal day she had printed out a service order for the wedding party, and we did the walk through several times. She helped my daughter make the wedding programs. She is also an interior designer and was so helpful on the day of the wedding with the decorating. We had the venue starting at 10 AM and the wedding ceremony started at 4PM. The ceremony and reception area were separate. My daughter and I were up at the ceremony lawn setting that up, and we showed Savannah pictures of how we wanted the reception area to look and it turned out fantastic!! She is very professional and wonderful to work with!!

For any couples looking for a day of coordinator, I just got married and Sav Fox Design was my coordinator. Savannah was absolutely perfect. She had great pricing for several different packages she offered, she met with me several times leading up to the wedding and was always quick to answer my texts or emails, and I can’t even express how flawless and perfect she made our day of. She knew the plan, helped support myself and setup/takedown, took charge, and made sure I had nothing to worry about. 10/10 recommend!
