Most people only plan a few big events over the course of their life - I help plan dozens a year! I am here to give you my tips and tricks and general know-how based on the weddings I have done in the past. There are tons of details not to be forgotten, and it can feel overwhelming if it is your first time planning an event of this scale!
You need someone to run guest-vendor-family interference for you.
Weddings bring out the best, or worst, of people. Why not have someone in your corner who is ready to fight for you on your wedding day? Worried about disruptive guests, family drama, or a bed vendor possibility? Not anymore! I’ve got you covered.
You need someone who is legally insured & professionally equipped.
While asking a friend or family member to run the day of tasks can save you money in the short term - it may not in the long run. Often venues require legally insured vendors to service wedding days - this protects you, the venue, and other vendors in case of an issue. I come with experience, legal protections, equipment for the task, and peace of mind! That is more than worth the service cost.
You need someone who gets your vision.
Every wedding day is unique - that is one of my favorite parts about this job! I love seeing how each couple infuses their personality into their special day. You need someone who understands your specific desires for the day - from the part you would be beyond sad if you missed, which photos you really want, if you want to ensure a slice of cake is saved for your anniversary - I make sure I ask all the questions leading up to the big day!

I’m Savannah
I discovered the thrill of planning events in 2019…
and as soon as the word got out, everyone I knew was asking me to help with their events. From conferences, to parties, to weddings and everything in-between, I began coordinating and planning events of all shapes and sizes.
Once I started in weddings I was hooked. I love helping couples plan the biggest day of their lives. I want to be your biggest cheerleader throughout the process - there to lend an ear when you need to rant, full of advice when you feel lost, and joyfully ready to play a small part in the beautiful love story you are creating.
My biggest hope for each of my couples is that they feel this wasn’t a transactional thing - I do this purely because I find such great fulfillment through it. Stepping into someones life during what can be a stressful season, doing what I can to help, and encouraging them in every moment. My goal is that you set to enjoy your wedding to the fullest because you’ve handed all the details and logistics over to me.
